AK Transactions was founded by Amy (Vitrano) Bowman in February of 2014 with one unifying philosophy:

AKT has a passion for efficiency and making sure agents maximize their output by focusing on closing more deals. In our eyes, agents should be out making the most of their time dealing with listing appointments, showing property and selling houses, not spending hours on documentation processing, tracking time periods and collecting signatures. AKT takes pride not only in our product, but our method.
AKT strives to make sure that all our clients are 100% satisfied with every deal!
Amy is a licensed real estate broker with 14+ years of experience in both residential real estate sales and transaction coordination. She has extensive experience in listing, sales, short sales, probate, trustee sales, relocation and much more.
Amy started her career in real estate right out of university working as a real estate assistant to John Corrales, one of the top agents in the south bay market of Los Angeles. As a team, they were able to grow the luxury real estate division as well as the REO division closing 75 plus transactions in her first year.
In the past 14 years, Amy has played roles of both a real estate broker associate and transaction coordinator for various agents closing an average of 350+ transactions per year. Having worked in both Southern and Northern California she has learned in the ins and outs of both markets.
In her free time Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children while enjoying all that Southern Orange County has to offer.
Lisa has been with AK Transactions for over 8 years. Lisa came to AK Transactions after working for 13 years at the San Jose Police Department as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst. Her analytical skills make for a perfect match as a transaction coordinator as her attention to detail, organizational skills and time management make for a smooth and stress-free transaction process for her agents.
Since working with AK Transactions she has be an integral part of the growth of our team and all those whom work with her find her invaluable to their success. Lisa is fully licensed and ready to assist!
In her free time Lisa enjoys the outdoors, traveling and all the San Diego area has to offer.
Desiree has been in the real estate business for over 20+ years. Her extensive background began with working with a homebuilding company, then went on to becoming an entrepreneur selling real estate for several years. From there she became a property manager which required protecting and maintaining several real estate assets on behalf of their ownerships.
It is with this great experience that she offers extensive care and attention to detail in all aspects of the transaction process. This is her 20th year of holding her real estate license which translates over to every part of the real estate transaction process and understanding the time sensitivity from all angles.
She is a mother of four boys and a wife and spends all her down time with her family. She loves to vacation, make memories with her family, and find new places to explore near her home.
